PURCHASING INFORMATION
If you wish to place an order from my on-line Gallery, you can use the CONTACT link to confirm availability and delivery price.
Alternatively, click the 'Add to cart' button alongside the image of your choice. You can then continue to shop, review, amend or complete your order by clicking the 'View cart, button.
To complete the order, click the 'Place order' button. You will then be taken to the 'Your order' section where you will be asked to complete a few details that will allow me to fulfill your order.
Once your order is received and processed you will be sent an ORDER CONFIRMATION email, detailing your order, delivery costs and giving an estimated dispatch schedule. On confirmation that you wish to proceed your order will be prepared.
Items will not be charged for or invoiced until they are ready for dispatch.
I do not request any payment until works are ready for dispatch. Orders will be processed as soon as possible.
Giclée prints are individually produced to order and require signing, this may take up to ten working days. An estimated delivery schedule will be given in your confirmation email.
Once the order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a Paypal invoice via email. I have found Paypal provides security, ease and peace of mind.
This invoice can be paid using a Paypal account or via Paypal using a Credit/ Debit card.
Alternatively you can pay using cheque (UK customers only), or bank transfer (for paintings only).
Please note: If ordering from abroad and using the Paypal service, most currencies will be converted automatically at no cost.
On receipt of payment your order will be dispatched.
At all stages you will be kept informed as to the progress of your order via email.

Please note, prices for works do not include postage. Postage will be charged at the following rates and will be shown in your Order Confirmation email.

Please note, customers outside the UK will be responsible for paying any import or customs duties or taxes in the country where an order will be delivered.

I aim to have your order ready for dispatch as soon as possible. However, it takes time to prepare a painting for dispatch and giclée prints are individually produced and signed, so please allow a little time for this. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All will be done to ensure problems do not arise. If however upon receipt of your order you are unhappy in anyway, email to inform me with your order details. You will then be requested to return the painting/print, taking care to pack the work well with it's original packing board.
Return postage costs will be met by the customer, unless there has been an error on my part.
Upon receipt of the returned painting/print in it's original condition, a full refund will be made.
